OOC: I'm still here but I can't post.. I am so confused with the story line.. Cryo and Rayv have conflicting stories, Cryo says there are 5 evil knights and one chosen one (aka Cryo) and we would help him. Then Rayv starts saying we are all the chosen knights and I don't know what to think... please help anyone to clear this up

From the few parts he understood the meeting was about going to find crystals. Apparently galbadia had been hired by Mr. Zain. Where had he heard that name before, and what was so special about those crystals? On the way to The Zone they were scheduled to stop for supplies in a small town.
night came sooner than expected and the caravan chose to rest for the night at Castle Drake. With the king murdered many rumors were circulating, many of which were totally absurd.
"A murdered king, a quest for some crystals? Where do I fit in?"
As ambassadors from Galbadia Ethan was treated like gold even though he knew he was a mere imposter. And then a sight of beauty passed before him in the streets.
"Shana? Could it really be her?"
Rubbing his eyes a tear fell to the dark rich soil.
"It has been so long...Is she why im here?"
Ethan dropped to one knee.
"Is it really her?"

OOC: ok I have finally become unconfused.. sorry for not posting. I will be the Knight of Air I suppose but I have long since left the room with everyone in it needing some fresh air. Sound good?
IC: Shana walked the streets of the city her arms wrapped around herself. She didn't understand anything that was going on. It was all happening to fast. This just wasn't right, why her. Lost in thought Shana didn't notice she had walked into a dark alley. Looking around she frowned, she turned to leave but was blocked by a dark shadow. "Knight of the air, you will not live to gain your crystal" the shadow said menacingly and took a step towards her. Her hand went for her sword but she realized it wasn't there. Cursing under her breath she ducked when the man made a lunge for her. A series of punching and dodging started as she faught the man with all she had. But he was to strong and way to high a level for her alone. He hit her and she flew back hitting the wall. His hand wrapped around her throat pinning her to the wall. She thought this was it, when suddenly everything seemed to happen at once. A heat spread throughout her full body. Her skin tingled as a white light surrounded her full body. She changed then, Her body still resembled that of Shana but her skin changed to a brilliant green (think Terra in FF3 or JFF6) and her eyes turned Gold. The man jumped away as if burned. Shana felt a strange surge of power shoot through her body and reacted on instinct. A ball of energy formed in her hand then shot from her hitting the man strait into the chest engulfing his full body. He screamed then dropped to the floor. Struggling to his feet weak and in pain he looked at her in horror "An esper, h-how" then he turned and ran out of the alley. Shana felt the fire die inside her and she transformed once more to herself. Collapsing to the ground she took deep breaths trying to catch her breath. "W-what just happened?"

She was still as beautiful as the day he had left her so long ago in his former life.

As Geri Sat on the bed Drake Got up to go find something to eat. He sat down At The dining tabel Ate A littel Food But he Didnt come Dow here just to eat . He need to think. He took the Bag that rested on his hip And opend it. He thought to him self ~ this small bag carrys the memerys of my life~. He pull out a Two thick books that looked Like jurnals . Shana leaned back against the wall of the alley closing her eyes. She felt drained and weak. Looking to the new comer she had to admit he looked familiar. And when here gaze met his her heart skipped a beat. Feeling tears of frustration come to her eye she jumed into his arms. She wasn't sure how exactly she knew him or what they had meant to each other but she knew that he had been important to her and she knew that he cared a great deal from the concern in his eyes. Burying her face in his chest she let ot all her frustrations finally letting her tears flow.

Geri looked around at the room. Everything seemed so dark and she rubbed her eyes to see everything better . She saw an extra man was in the room and saw he was gawking at the other girl in the room . Looking up at Drake she smiled as everything became normal again... "whos at the door?"

Ethan held Shana tight never wanting to let her go. Her arms were more comforting than any sanctuary. Can the resurected love? What was this feeling inside him.
"Shana, I knew it was you!, a tear slightly trailed from his eye. The years I spend roaming the planet in search of you my love. I never thought I would ever see you again!"
He could feel her heart pulse quickly. It couldn't have been hs, for the dead's cease to pulse in the afterlife. Forget the mission, my mission is complete. I've found my treasure.
Ethan picks Shana up supporting her neck with his hand.
"Sleep child, Sleep."
With that he lay her out on the bed, tucked her in and waited for her to wake in the other room.

What if im just another stranger to her. He thought about the good times they shared, and the bad times they had helped each other through. I can't tell her who I am. I just can't. I now know we could never be toghether, that I was meant to roam the earth lonely and sad. He wanted to kill something, he wanted to be in the battle where he died. He wanted to feel something, anything, other than this.

OOC; Oh, sure. I dissapear for a day or two, and what happens? the thread takes off, leaving my head spinning trying to read it!
Ok, here's what I have been saying. This is a big spoiler, and my story can be changed, but keep in mind that this is a final fantasy thread (Aka, FFT included)
there were 5 elemental crystals of the planet. history has dicatated them to be holy crystals, choosing 5 noble warriors of conflicting cultures to ban together and defeat the overbearing evils. But that was a lie corrupted by time. the 5 crystals are evil. they contain the spirits of the many evil men and woman whom have used them until their deaths. (IE; gaining power with each life used.)
The black crystal is missing from this world too. All conventional and not methods of locating it result in failure. (meaning, the most powerfull magic in the world can't find it.) and that's because you can't find what doesn't exist.
there were some tales in some regions of a mysterious 6th crystal, of holy elemental nature. WHen the 5 are brought together at the shrine of doku (also missing), the holy one himself is summond to banish the evils and seal the gates of darkness. In reality, the 6th crystal summons an antichrist.
how they were defeated in the past? good luck on the part of multi cultured adventurers, as was the story of every final fantasy game.
You don't know this though. Just because the crystal is evil, doesn't mean it's holder is. It has a way of corrupting you slowly, from the inside, without you knowing or noticing untill your too evil to repent or care.
the elemental knights look like demi-dragons and have elemental powers with such. Only high levels of emotion can summon these dragoons (ff9 anyone? trance?)
ok, you don't know any of this. I'm telling the gods that dictate the world (us) so they won't ruin it accidentily. Also realize fellow gods that this is final fantasy, not legend of dragoon, not breath of fire, not wild arms, or such.
Oh, one more thing (thanks for bein patient with me). Money is called Gil.

Shana's eyes fluttered open. Glancing around the room she forgot for a moment where she was. Her eyes found Ethan's who sat in a chair. He looked as if he hadn't slept in days. Her nightmares were fresh in her mind. Living in a world of creatures so unlike humans, then an explosion. Lots of running and screaming. Fire everywhere. Then she was standing upon a cliff of some sort with Ethan by her side holding her hand. He had looked at her with such love in his eyes she had felt like crying. Now her gaze met his and she saw a flicker he tried to hide of the same love she had seen in her dream but it was clouded with pain. Sitting up she smiled slightly "thank you for saving me back there, I was so sure I was a goner. I Still dont' know what exactly happened" looking down she bit her lip unsure of anything. She was so confused, she felt feelings for this man and felt as if she had known him all her life. She still had the memory of what it was like to kiss and be held by him but it was all so vague it could just be wishful thinking. He was after all very handsome. Then something struck her, something the shadowy attacker had said. "Ethan, whats an esper?"

OOC: Cyro Why Dont You And I Compermise I want to play it like They Are Good We will Keep the part about the antie christ And that the power of the crystal cerupt but not be caus they are evil but because the power is to much for the baerer of the crystal. And since my guy has the abilety to tell who is what and knows alitt Adout the crystal and beleavs they are good I think it would be goood if your guy gets to see all the past knights who had been corupted by the crystals And because of that you man Thinks they are evil And we can play it like that for a wile and say for sure who is right till latter on. me and youo need to find a compermis so we con do this story right.

"What happened in that alley tonight, do you remember? All I know is that I watched you go in and then there was a light. Who was that man, do you know him?"
Realizing he has asked too many questions Ethan reluctantly stopped with his interrogation and sat down beside Shana. Looked deep into her eyes and fought back every urge to kiss her. His heart hurt... he knew he had to make a decision. Continue on his quest, or stay with the girl who didn't remember their love.
Suddenly Ethan felt cold, he felt electricity surging through his body. His eyelids grew heavy he could feel himself convulse as he fell asleep.
When he awoke he was standing on a plateau. Ramuh stood there before him.
"Ethan, I am not impressed! I brought you back to defeat the evil on this planet and your trying to rekindle an old flame. You are to leave in the morning with the other soldiers. If you want to be with her you must save the world first."
The old man was right, sadly. "She is a great warrior! and I cannot complete this mission alone."
"You do not know how powerful she really is!" The old man said with great conviction. "No matter what happens you must leave in the morning, it is your calling and you feel it inside you."
There was a flash of light and Ethan was lying on the bed. "Shana!". His body went limp.
"An Esper? I haven't heard of that word before. Where did you hear this?" Ethan sat worried about the girl.

Shana felt her voice leave her as his gaze caught hers. He seemed to be thinking as he stared at her. She was about to lean forward when he suddenly fell unconcious. Kneeling beside him she looked him over worridly but saw no sign of an injury. "Ethan" she said shaking him softly "Speak to me Ethan, please" He suddenly sat up crying out her name. "I'm here" she said. He looked at her and the look in his eyes frightened her but she didn't back away instead she compulsivly reached out lightly touching his cheek. Then blushing she pulled her hand back and looked at him from beneath lowered eye lashes "Are you all right?"

"I want you to come with me tommorrow. I can't explain why... but I...I... please help me."
He couldn't tell her about his quest, and how would she blend in with the Galbadian soldiers? He would find a way, he had to find a way!

Shana watched Ethan fall asleep and felt a strange disapointment that he has not kissed her. For some reason her lips ached to feel his. Gazing at him a moment she leaned down and brushed his lips with hers then she to layed down and fell asleep.
A Dream
Shana stood in a large field with nothing but more field to the distance. She didn't hear the man aproach her but she did hear him when he cleared his throat. Turning she came face to face with an old man. His eyes held the look of a man who had seen many things, not all of them pleasent. "M'lady" his kissed her hand "I am Ramuh". She blinked recognizing the name from somewhere but she couldn't place it. "D-do I know you" she asked backing up a step. "please don't be afraid" he motioned her to sit on the tree stump that had not been there a moment before. Hesitated she did as he said. "You do know me in a sense, you just don't remember. It is true that you have no memory of your past correct?" she nodded "Well I am here to give in insight into your past. Have you ever heard of an esper" her head came up "yes that man that attacked me mentioned one" Ramuh nodded as if he already knew that "Well an esper is a magical being. They hold great power and are the one species that are able to use magic naturally without books or other human inventions" he sat down as a seperate stool. "Espers live in a completely different world from out own. Their world is peacful with no war or hate, a pure world of magic and wonder. However a war happened a long while ago when an evil general by the name of Kefka who overthrough his emperor and decided to take the espers magic for his own. Your see when an Esper dies it's body crystalizes and becomes a concentrate of put energy or in other words magic. Kefka wanted this magic, for the power he felt from it was like no other. But a group of adventurers saved the world from this man and saved the Espers but they never were the same. They sealed off their land from all outsiders for the rest of time. Now only the really powerful ones can communicate through dreams of telepathically". Shane stood up, "and what does this have to do with me?" she asked angrily and somewhat afraid. Ramuh looked at her "your my dear are the child of an Esper and a human. A forbidden romance that created a child. When the world was sealed your mother was not in there with them. She had taken you out for a walk and the elders did not know this so they sealed it and afterwards there was no way back in. She died soon after of a broken heart, from there you were taken from foster home to foster home" Shana shook her head in denial. Ramuh stood up "I am sorry, but this is true, now I must leave this dream stuff is hard for me to do. Please think on this and I will speak with you again, oh and go with Ethan. He loves you you know" with that he was gone and Shana was falling, falling through endless black. "Ethan!"
