Filthy Sanchez?

I've heard this phrase alot and was wondering how exactly it is done. Could anyone out there help me out with this?

From what I understand, a "Dirty Sanchez" is when a man inserts his finger into a woman's anus and then wipes the feces across her face in a mustache type way. But I could be wrong *shrugs*

I would assume the dirty sanchez is more in reference to the mustache it's self not the tool used to get it there.
It could be laid on with a bricklayers trowel and I think I would still consider it the same thing.
