Watched this on Sundance Channel, sent this off to a daughter, thought I might share it here...
“A Few Days in September” 2006 film with Juliette Binoche, French, subtitles, very, very French….trust me on this one, don't search to learn the plot...let it happen without foreknowledge, as it did for me.
The French have a penchant for nuance on one hand, a fetish for food and sex and a fondness of brutality and the dark side...
Plan for a time to be alone, this as so many things, is best enjoyed solitaire...
Oh, and if you don't recognize 'Elliot', it is the American Actor, Nick Nolte, but I had to watch the credits...I knew and didn't know....
