File loading woes

So for the past 3 hours I have been trying to attach a WMV file to an email with absolutely no luck. Its a huge file, 64.3 which is the problem.

I've also tried using a video hosting site but that hasn't worked either, and I'd rather send it as a file so the person can use it as needed.

(And as you all have guessed, it is one of those files)

Does anyone have any suggestions? I'd greatly appreciate it.

In case anyone is wondering, at someone's suggestion I compressed it (aka zipped it) (ignore the pun there) and it went from 64.3 MB to 60.4 MB. It didn't make much of a difference size wise.

Because of the situation, I am not able to send it via chat program transfer or by flash drive.
