Does anyone know how to convert a .QCP file to a .WAV or .MP3?

I'm on a macbook so if either someone can walk me through it or i could email and you could convert?

I thought Mac's were so intuitive that you just thought about something you needed done, and it just happened?

well the audio was made on my cell - emailed to my mac... it wasn't actually created on my mac!

and yes - i've tried the above - so far now luck... I spend 40 minutes with google before posting here!
