I have, especially lately. Become susceptible to feeling of angst and anxiety. I walk daily, approximately three and a half miles, but lately that hasn't been enough.

I wish to, therefore, join a fight club and get the shit beat out of me (and also beat the living shit out of others) that I may, hopefully, get rid of excess aggression and angst.

Who's in.

Have you ever actually been punched in the face?

Have I ever been punched in the face? No. But I have been kicked in the face before.

And I've never broken my hand from punching anyone before.

Try fucking. Or take boxing or something... This sounds like a terrible idea.

I have a huge pile of firewood and a splitting maul that is just sitting there waiting for an angry person. Please stack it with the end stacks crisscrossed, 4 feet high and 4 rows deep. Also split fine, I like to stuff the stove full.

You can thank me later.

I usually just read 2 of John Sandford's "Prey" novels when I feel aggressive. Takes about 3 hour to finish and it's 32% more effective than broken bones and 47% more effective than punching faces.

Just listen to The Devil and God are Raging Inside Me by Brand New.

This too shall pass.

Try crochet.

Yeah! You can actually do more damage with a smaller calibur tho.

Fun story, the other day my little brother came home from high school bitching about something in the handbook and I read on it that you couldn't knit at school because knitting needles were considered weapons. So I took a needle out of my bag and handed it to him and told him to hurt me with it because I thought it was impossible.

It was a size 11 and he stabbed me right in the arm. It took it like 3 hours to scab up. Lesson learned.
