Fidel Castro dead

The U.S. didn't break diplomatic relations until after Castro had been in power for 2 years.
Eisenhower snubbed Castro 4 months after he came to power.
Less than a year later Eisenhower had the CIA start training cuban exiles to overthrow castro.

As is typical of a communist wannabe, you cite the actions of the US in isolation from actions that Castro took.

Your weak attempt at an insult (you obviously have no clue what a communist is) doesn't change the fact that Eisenhower snubbed Castro long before the full embargo began (the arms embargo began during Batista's regime).

Typical right wing relativism.

Before we get too critical, let's remember the U.S. embargo crippled any chance Cuba would have of a prosperous economy. Yes, it's our fault all those people in Cuba lived lives in grinding poverty, with no way to better themselves.
The fact that Cuba had trade relations with almost every other country in the world is immaterial.

You can't be serious - it was our fault Cuba is a hellhole? The blame lies with Castro, man!

Is North Korea our fault, too?

So what's Trump gonna do about Cuba now?

He's deploying missiles.

Hopefully, Ivanka and Melania.

Swimsuits, sand, fact finding, spreading goodwill, maybe a new garment factory/golf resort.

Just maga, as usual.

Like with every other country: depends on what's in it for him.

Anyone who thinks Trump has a foreign policy that's separate from what's good for the Trump Organization is a dope.

I'm sure you have plenty of facts and evidence to back up your bullshit. You people never get tired of saying stupid things. It's like a backed up cesspool.

You really think Trump's foreign interests line-up with the good of America's?

Actually I do. As well as the precursors.

He's already leveraging his status as president elect for personal gain.
He's lobbying British government officials to block a company from building a wind farm off-shore in view of one of his golf courses, calling it a "a disaster for the environment," and saying they'll spoil the view (from his property).

How about trying to split time in the Tower and Penn Ave.? The million dollar a day detail it takes when he decides to flippantly move about?

Yes, I know there are renovations coming to the WH soon but the joint is HUUUUUUUUGE. I bet he's afraid his tiny hands would get lost.
