Ok, I've recently joined Fetlife (Thanks to those who accepted the friend requests, those who didn't, why not?! ). Being big and brave (lil bit scared lol).

I have to ask tho, the site connection times out ALOT for me. Does the same thing happen to anyone else?

I haven't had any timeouts, but have noted (on my occasional visits there) that it's often very, very slow... and I have a fast (14000 Kb/s-ish) cable connection.

It is slow and I often have to log in more than once. Guess you'll just have to persevere.

Yeah, we're on 2 MB broadband connection, and honest to god the connections time out more than they connect, its rather frustrating.

Just making sure its not Tiscali giving crap service lol.

never had a problem with fetlife being slow, truthfully I have more of a problem with collarme slowing down on me.

i've not have this happen to me. then again, i've been told my profile is slightly intimidating. *shrugs* suits me just fine-- it keeps my friend requests/count low.

I've never had a problem with the site timing out, but I have had issues with not being able to post replies to notes or threads on my iPhone. I just work around it.
