Unless he has tied you down ( and even then aim for the middle of the bed), you simply have to keep a check on the progress around the bed and make sure you wriggle, squirm, and move in the direction of his side before any wet patches occur.
It helps if you throw your head back and make some 'When Harry met Sally' type noises, so he is not suspicious as to where your planning to end his session.
Once its over, make sure that you don't realise he is in the wet patch before you fall asleep, so exhausted from the wonderful time he has given you

He has not been explicit but I believe he will ensure some of that 'talking' made by the swish of a crop just before it lands.
