Ejaculation (or squirting) is a result of stimulating the G spot. If you insert your fingers and hook them when she is aroused, you should be able to feel the glands surrounding the urethra as they are swollen with fluid. It's been my understanding that squirting is not a "learned" thing and that not every woman out there can do this.
