I had a rejection come back on thread that I submitted. It did not give me any specfic feeback just ..., nothing else, just three dots.

Is this shorthand I don't know about? If any body knows please fill me in.

"..." is not a very helpful comment, to be sure.

Hmm. If I got something like that, I'd re-read the story guidelines to see if I'd sent something the editor said they didn't want, then look back at my thread to see if I'd lost a piece of it somehow.

Then I'd see if I'd by mistake submitted it to the wrong place on the story tree (I've seen this happen a few times, and get approved...darn hard to kill in this case).

Then I'd use the Chyoo email form or send a Literotica PM and ask the editor what the problem was.

Still Puzzled

It was a thread for an existing story. The guidelines were "anything goes".

I sent off an e-mail to the story editor right after the reject came back, hopefully a response will be forthcoming. It just helps to know if the thread sucked, was boring, or whatever.

My point is it seems that the way to improve is to get feedback that will lead to improvement.
