FBI: Deplorables are in BIG trouble and should be peeing themselves

alex jones' co-host at infowars has had his appeal tossed, though he has already served the mere 60 days he received via a plea deal that he got by waiving any rights to an appeal
*shakes head*
Although Shroyer did not enter the Capitol, he was charged with inciting the riot on the InfoWars website and in person on that day using a bullhorn from the top of the Capitol steps. Shroyer's appeal was summarily dismissed because part of his plea agreement to get just 60 days in jail included the requirement that he waive his right to file any appeals. Naturally, he immediately turned around and violated that agreement by attempting to file one anyway, which the court has now dismissed.

These Deplorables really need longer sentences...

Jan. 6 rioter may be seeking to delay sentencing because he likes being locked up, prosecutors say

Brandon Fellows, who has called incarceration “awesome and very fun,” wants to push back his sentencing until the Supreme Court rules in a case that may affect one of his charges.

Brandon Fellows was convicted last year after representing himself at trial, where he told jurors that Jan. 6 was a "beautiful day" and that he liked "the fact that those senators and congressman were in fear for their lives."

Apparently the “hostages” must be in one of our nicer prison facilities. Too bad they don’t feel the remorse Epstein did for trying to fuck with America.

Waste of money!

Kick them out of America without their assets. Putin will take them I’m sure.

At the very least, they never vote again ever!

^^^ I understand he's accepting volunteers to play with stuff that goes bang and boom.

WASHINGTON — A former Boston Police K-9 officer pleaded guilty to eight federal charges this week, admitting that he assaulted a Capitol Police officer with a chair during the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol.

Joseph Fisher was arrested in March 2023 after online "sedition hunters" who have assisted the FBI in hundreds of cases against Capitol rioters identified him as the man seen in surveillance footage inside the Capitol assaulting a police officer. Fisher pleaded guilty to all the charges he was facing, including felony civil disorder and a count of assaulting, resisting, or impeding officers.

WASHINGTON — A man who worked for the State Department as a diplomatic security officer was arrested by the FBI on Tuesday in Washington in connection with the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol.

Kevin Alstrup faces the same four misdemeanor charges that have typically been given to non-violent Jan. 6 participants who entered the Capitol building during the attack: entering and remaining in a restricted building; disorderly and disruptive conduct; disorderly conduct; and unlawful picketing or parading.
