FBI: Deplorables are in BIG trouble and should be peeing themselves

Pretty clear from the news conference. And lots that happened at the Capitol siege that hasn't been talked about ad nauseam yet.

No stone being unturned.

(Well, NOW, at least...sheesh.)

Ooohhhh, so scary! 🙄🖕🏾🖕🏾🖕🏾🖕🏾🖕🏾🖕🏾🖕🏾

DOJ official says he expects they will charge "hundreds" of rioters in the coming weeks

The Department of Justice has opened 170 subject files — meaning individuals identified as persons who potentially committed crimes — on rioters from the Capitol, Acting DC US Attorney Michael Sherwin said at a news conference today.

He said they have already opened "over 70 cases" and expect the number of individuals charged "will grow to the hundreds in the next coming weeks."

On the types of cases that DOJ is charging, Sherwin said, the "gamut of cases" and misconduct that they're looking at "is really mind-blowing."

"We're looking at everything from simple trespass to theft of mail, to theft of digital devices while inside the Capitol, to assault on local officers, federal officers both outside and inside the Capitol, to the theft of potential national security information or national defense information to felony murder and even civil rights excessive force investigations," he said.

Maybe they can find at least ONE PERSON they can charge with “insurrection” since they’ve not yet done that! Not holding my breath. By the way, the Capital is 1000% paid for by taxpayers, so how exactly is it “trespassing?” Fuck DC!

Capitol rioter Pauline Bauer, who was hauled off to jail screaming last week, appeared before a judge on Friday to seek her release pending trial. It didn't go well. Crazy train has left the station for this trump cultist.

after Bauer quoted the Bible, McFadden responded by saying, "Romans 13: Let every person be subject to the governing authorities."

"I am not a person," Bauer reportedly responded.

"Last chance: are you going to follow my orders?" McFadden said.

"Judgment day is going to come for all of you who are making money off mankind," Bauer responded.

"I'll take that as a no," McFadden said.

hmmn... correct me if i'm wrong, but don't taxpayers pay for court houses, fire stations, police stations, refuse/recycling centers, schools, army training centers, i dunno, water treatment plants, places like that?

as far as i know, that fact doesn't give any members of the public the right to break in, destroy property inside, threaten and attack employees, or go wander around taking pics and rifling through computers/paperwork, or even go anywhere inside those places except those areas specifically designated for public access.

It's so gratifying to see these Deplorables being locked up for assault and for breaking into a secure area of the U.S. Capitol.

Really, this is ultimately the only effective way you can communicate with people who totally deny reality at the expense of others. Spending night after night in a cell with someone you did not choose to be with is actually a very effective means of teaching someone that reality is not necessarily what you want it to be and what you repeatedly post on the internet.

Deplorables talk and post ad nauseam about their "rights" to put others at risk. Go preach that doctrine in a prison cell for hundreds of "Ground Hog days". :)

Meanwhile, rapists and murderers are being let out of prison in the name of "justice."

Proving the J6 protestors are political prisoners.

Maybe some J6 rioters will eventually be released for various reasons. Who knows?

But the point is, they violated the law, many will be locked up, and they will pay a price, day after day and night after night, in prison. :)

take a peek at Gothamist

(ah, yes, reminds me of all the fuck-ups made in 2015)

For BLM, it would have meant instant death. Dead on sight.
For community protesters, it would have meant beatings,
gassing, head injuries and broken bones, and time in prison.

"maximum sentence was 20 years and a fine of $250,000"

Weasel sentenced to 8 months in prison and 24 months of supervised release.

In 1954 a group of pro-independence Puerto Ricans stormed the Capitol. They wounded five people. Each of the perpetrators were sentenced to decades in prison.

In 2021 a mob of pro-Trump rioters stormed the Capitol. They wounded over 100 people and did millions of dollars worth of property damage. So far, none of them have gotten more than a slap on the wrist.

It was a MOSTLY PEACEFUL PROTEST..... no big deal.

Early release as soon as there is an (R) administration.

Enjoy that.

Capitol rioter breaks down in tears as he pleads guilty to felony assault on law enforcement

https://www.rawstory.com/capitol-rioter-robert-palmer/
anyone feel the littlest bit sorry for him? can't say i do. typical magat:

"Before his court hearing, Palmer was not acting as tough as the man in DOJ photos, sobbing onto the shoulder of his defense attorney Bjorn Brunvand moments before the two men entered the court for Palmer to plead guilty to felony assault on law enforcement."

According to the report, Brunvand said of Palmer's breakdown, "That was Mr. Palmer being remorseful for what he did on January 6th. And also, afraid of what's to come."

Poor little snowflake Deplorable shithead. ;)

A Capitol riot suspect is being 'shunned' by people in her small Indiana town and 'chastised on the street,' lawyer says

https://www.businessinsider.com/cap...stised-shunned-by-indiana-town-lawyer-2021-10

In the letter, seen by Insider, Bissey described herself as a "God-fearing, country-loving, law-abiding, hard-working Patriot" who'd attended several of President Donald Trump's events "without incident."

"I am deeply saddened at the events that transpired on that day and very remorseful that I will forever be associated," she wrote.
of course she's remorseful...things didn't turn out quite the way she expected given her post-insurrection expression of 'best fucking day ever'

she's sorry for herself, for being shunned, for losing business, for attracting uncomfortable attention.

reap what you fucking sow, insurrectionists.

A teachable moment for the rest of her life.

Seems fair.

👍

To me, a fitting punishment would be for them (all 600 or so) to be stripped of their citizenship and expelled from the country permanently.
