i found a way to get the dairy free, egg free chocolate. my process still needs a bit of little refinement. take an ounce of bitter, unsweetened baking chocolate, break it up into pieces, stir in organic brown sugar and a couple of drops of unsweetened soy milk...mix it all in a microwaveable mug and microwave covered with paper towel about 30 seconds...let sit till just warm
