I was holding off on writing a post for Mai but maybe it doesn't matter? I think she'll end up sticking with Jorn to make sure he doesn't, ya know, die. That and nobody's really going to trust her to go on a rescue mission. =P

Pst, Jorn, you should definitely command Mattroy to lead the rescue mission. :D:rolleyes:
 
Posted. Interestingly enough, this will level me up and I'll be able to raise my M Def to 5. It can't be as easy as that though, that would be anti-climactic. If so I might only raise it to 4 :devil:

HC - seems like there might need to be a bit of banter in the next section. Still wanting to have one post per character per round? Seems like dialogue is important here...
 
you could raise it to 5 and still be under the spell, just easier to break out of the charms, no?

After my next GM post, you guys can engage in frequent posting as long as you give every writer a chance to respond with their character.

You allocate 5 pts to your stats and you get one new ability.
 
3 points for 1k words and 5 points for reaching lv2. Right?
 
Guys, those of you who have mastered this stat. system and know how to properly allocate points, please help those who don't. I can't always be the only one doing it, and I'm sure I'm not the only one who sees it. If someone's sheet looks ate-up, please help them. Lol

Who said you can't be part of the rescue mission. Your role though, is debatable. What i mean is that in as much as you are useful to the King so you'll be to the folks out there on the field.

And Yes... a lot of convincing has to be done to make Mattroy stand beside you in combat.

Um GM. A question, apart from Connell and Stephan, only Grant, Mattroy and Mai is left for the rescue right?

Now I'm getting Grant and Mattroy mixed up lol. I call Weyland, Weyland. I thought Grant was Matt's last name. Oh well.

The strategy is who you would want to go save Stephan and who you would want to stay with Jorn. Honestly, nobody has to stay with him for there are more than enough competent NPCs who could. But then you have a man like Connell afoot lol.
 
Well considering you just named your own character twice and Mai not a big rescue party :D

No people are Weyland, Gillian, Mai, and Mattroy.

Connell if he survives will probably be restrained, and of course we are trying to rescue Stephan.
 
Someone has to make an executive decision to let Mai in on the rescue mission. That could be fun for me. Fighting/Magic/Kaboom other things. =P

Or I could be left behind to watch over Jorn and be handy for Connell's shenanigans. =P
 
I think we will need to see you perform a little bit more magic Mai. heating a knife is one thing throwing a fireball is another. Maybe if you lit a few fires with your magic then your worth as a magician could be seen and taking you on the rescue mission could be discussed. After all having a fire mage would be truly beneficial :D

Mattroy is not aware of the healer's capture so someone needs to inform him.
I have to wait for a GM post before posting.
 
I'm waiting for Hard ROM to post. He'll be the last one to post i n the rotation before I drop another Jorn/GM post.
