I have an idea for a story or multi-chapter story where the women in a family bloodline all become part of a family harem. Perhaps thru a family curse. It is against their will and they cannot fight it nor prevent it. They become members at either 18 or 21. Either the oldest blood male relative or other man has control over the harem thru an item. I like the idea of a family heirloom ring that allows the wearer to control the harem. The women may not like it at first, but as they get older, they become more and more comfortable with the idea. Each new member goes through an initiation put on by the other harem members. Maybe it culminates in the harem controller deflowering her at the end of the initiation. The women over 25 (or over 30) can be married off and thru a special pair of wedding band rings, the wife has some freedom from the harem but it is directed at her husband. Upon divorce or death of the husband, she is returned to the harem.
I like 2 different versions of the story, or one succeeds the other. The first one the male relative is either the son of the matriarch or husband married into the family and is given the control ring. He has the grandmother, all her daughters, and all her granddaughters in the harem. The unmarried ones at 30 (or 25) have a huge compulsion to be impregnated by the harem controller.
The second story has a young man, 19 - 25, who either somehow becomes the oldest male blood relative after the death of his grandfather, or his grandfather or father or uncle gives him the ring. He then deals with the harem. The harem should include his grandmother, his mom, a few aunts, at least one sister (one older and one young would be best), and several cousins older and younger than him. If the blood curse is the method of transfer, then he has to deal with not knowing or may be he knows a little when his grandfather spoke to him before his death, or when he is given the ring.
Over the course of the stories, the main male character should have sex multiple times with every harem member. I like the idea of the second story's male main character impregnating many of the women (obviously the grandmother would be too old). But he should impregnate most if not all of the other women. he has to impregnate his mom and sisters at least.
