Does his family live in a commune/secluded colony of some kind? I could see a natural sense of vulnerability and submission start to surface in the girlfriend as she's walking around nude while her bf and his male relatives wear normal clothing.

definitely has a feel like either. She embraces it because of a latent exhibitionist/voyeuristic streak in her, or she’s got a defiant streak and wants to prove she can do it, but doesn’t realize what other rules there are besides nudity. Intriguing idea for a story.

Why not have the family complete nudists and a little closer than your average family.
"Does your dad always walk around with an erection?"
"No. He just likes you."
She finds it strange until his father joins her in the shower. "What are you doing, John?" she says, not entirely surprised to see him. He's made no secret his atttraction to her often commenting on her body.
"I just thought I'd scrub your back and welcome you to the family."
Twenty minutes later the son walks in to find his dad on his knees eating out his GF.

I actually grew up a little like this. Growing up in the desert, the men and boys HAD to keep something on, but we didn't. I used to feel sorry for them, having to get yelled at to put something on after a bath or whatever. Mom, my sister and I never got chastised for going nude. This was mostly at home, but we lived far from any neighbors, but we also did this at some beaches, rivers and most times when boating. As a kid I loved the shock on visitors and strangers faces when they saw me. Mom stopped going naked when us kids started bringing home friends over a lot. My sister and I stopped when we each started developing.

After I started dating boys, several of them kept pushing my limits. I had mixed feelings and fears. Anyways, on my own I started steaking at home when I was all alone or the only one awake. I didn't care too much about my mom and sister, but I feared my dad or brothers catching me. Well Dad caught me first and didn't bat an eye. Way later, when one of my brothers caught me and told on me, my parents defended me, saying that if I couldn't go naked at home, where could she go? I was shocked, but not long after that I stopped again.

I was pretending it was all innocent but knowing I was getting a thrill out of the same old visitors seeing me nude again made me feel guilty about it. That and once I started actually messing with boys, I had way different interests worries and wants
