nothing here is real. it's all play acting regardless of how true it is. i am nothing like pointless in real life. these are all just words on a screen and words are lies. they only mean what you want them to mean.

It's real no matter how you look at it....

For friendships...******* friendships maybe different than offline friendships but they are still real friends.

For a playground....the play is very real here just in its own context.

For escape....it can be a very real escape for those who use it as that albeit an escape that only lasts as long as you are here.

For discussion....the exchange of ideas here is valid though some are more narrow minded than others in their ability to value the thoughts of others. In fact, I think that the freedom of Lit offers some the ability to express themselves in a more truer fashion than the constraints of face to face interaction. Nothing fake about that.

Even those who lie and fake are real. I think some real liars exist here. Though not as many as some might have you believe.

i guess i'm just a touch, taste, smell type of person. if it isn't in front of me where i grasp it if i want to, then it isn't real.

and unlike reality here we get to filter our thoughts more. you have more control over how you communicate. you can lie and no one can look in your eyes to see if your telling the truth or not. that drives me nuts. how do you know you can trust someone here?

people in lit may lie about what they do or look like ( or other such things) but it's harder to lie constantly and consistantly about your thoughts and feelings - eventually you will contradict yourself
