failed index.php and no 404's plus no HTTPS everywhere

Just a heads up checked this out for the first time today.

1. The first time I went to the 'Log In' (upper right) I landed on a 403. I didn't notice the 'member login' on the page.
2. Next tried the member login (assuming it was same as Lit) and got the insecure/no https warning. Overrode
3. failed login with Lit credentials
4. Tried to navigate from there to home and hit another index.php 403
5. Good times!
