Evolution's Children (RP)

Strange smiled at Blink. "Do not be so nervous dear, I shall do my best to assure no harm comes to you while you reside at this institution, Ms. Munroe and the others are very old hands at this business, and I myself have had a bit of experience dealing with temporal fluxes." He smiled up at Storm bemused. "Any information you can provide about your mission would allow us to begin to piece together this mystery."

Logan, finally all showered and cleaned up, strode across the halls, heading to his classroom, which was really a small gym. He moved through the doorway to see the mats all put down and a few of the punching bags strung back up.

He headed towards a small counter with a sink and faucet and set down his watch, setting it for when the class ended. He could get carried away with his "teaching" and keep them there a bit longer than necessary.

Logan pulled off his sweatshirt to reveal a blue tanktop with yellow piping. There was also a yellow X in a circle just under the collar. He also wore a pair of matching blue sweat pants and a pair of blue and yellow adidas sneakers which he kicked off to reveal a pair of rather hairy feet.

A moment or two later found him doing his regular stretches and another few moments the kids started to arrive. He sat in the center of the room, indian style waiting on the kids to do their stretches and prepare for the lesson.

Storm nudged Strange for his little remark, "Old?" She inquired with a raise of an eyebrow. "Old you say..." she snuffed taking another quick chomp of her carrot eyeing him suspiciously.

Blink finished off the carrot she was eating and stood to her feet. "Where are the bath facilities?" she questioned hoping to relieve herself soon.

"Merely a statement of experience Ms. Munroe. I would never presume to condescend to anyone about age." He said chuckling as he pointed to the gray in his hair. "Ah yes young lady. Down the hall and to the right, the second door. He smiled as she rose and exited. "What do you think of her story Ms. Munroe? An unspoken mission and a need to visit the Professor? Her thoughts seem sincere, but it can be masked."

"I don't think we should judge her so hastey but keeping a close eye on her will not hurt." Storm said as she took one final carrot and stood to return the bowl to the fridge. She returned to her seat enjoying the bright day and the company.

OOC: Feel free to interpret this anyway you'd like for Blink, I'm just throwing it out there.

He smiled as Storm sat back down next to him. "You are right, her story seems quite plausible, the only doubt I have it... well I felt a familiarity in that fracture of space and time that she entered through.. something I have seen before, though for some reason I cannot place the source." He frowned.

Nightcrawler had decided that it was perhaps better to let Storm speak with the scared young girl. Being surrounded by so many new faces could be disorienting, and there would be plenty of time to introduce himself later. Besides, he had promised Logan.

Closing his eyes for a moment, Nightcrawler stepped into one of his portals in a rush of flame.

*BAMF*

He reappeared in the center of the training room just in time to see Logan going into his stretches. Students had already begun filtering in. A few gasps and yelps arose from a handful of the students but for most of them it was quite normal to see Mr. Wagner arrive like that.

Kurt threw a playful wink to some of the female students, earning him a few shy giggles in response. It made him so happy to see young people so unafraid of him. All his life, Kurt had been unable to hide that he was a mutant and he'd been hounded for it. But here at Xavier's he was able to walk the halls freely without being called a "Demon".

"Guten morgan Logan. Are you prepared for ze demonstration?"

Blink seperated herself from Storm and Strange long enough to walk the facilities and find the bathroom. Once she'd relieved herself she took the time to explore the grounds hoping it would be alright.

Heading down various corridoors she stopped a particular room with other kids inside. Peeking behind the door she noticed two older men in the room, on quite short the other quite blue. She stayed off to the side watching hoping she wasn't intruding.

"Perhaps you should keep an eye on her and this fracture. I'm sure answers will reveal themselves in due time but the sooner we learn of the the better chance we have of avoiding incident." Storm confessed, standing to get a glass of water. She stood at the sink turning to lean agains the counter. "So why have you decided to grace our walls outside of instructing our students in mysticsm?"

A sound from behind him caught Kurt's attention and he turned his head to see the purple skinned girl from earlier. She was lovely, her flesh a smooth elegant magenta, utterly flawless from head to foot. A smile spread across Kurt's face.

Oh Errol Flynn, guide mein hand Nightcrawler silently made a playful prayer of his Saint of Swashbucklers.

*BAMF*

Nightcrawler 'ported in front of the girl, wearing his smile wide. Taking her hand in his own three fingered grip and touching his lips to it in a wide sweeping gesture, Kurt bowed his head and smiled cheerfully.

"And Guten morgan to you Fräulein"

Blink...well she blinked for a moment before a becoming blush touched her magenta cheeks, giving them an even lovelier glow. "Oh uh...hello." she spoke softly smiling. She had seen this one in other deminsions... Nightcrawler. She decided he looked more handsome in this reality.

"I hope I wasn't interrupting, I was just exploring the grounds and happened upon your...class." She looked over his shoulder into the room but then turned her eyes to Kurt. "My name is Clarice Ferguson...I'm also known as Blink." she smiled, "You are?" Though she alread knew.

Kurt straigtened up before dipping again in a formal bow, his tail curling out behind him.

"My name iz Kurt Wagner. I am called Nightcrawler here, Blink. Please tell me, for I am most curious why you seemed to appear out of mid-air over our school today? Not that we aren't pleased to have such lovely company" Kurt added with a smile. It never hurt to flirt a bit.

Gesturing towards the class he added, "We were just about to begin a defense demonstration. Perhaps you'd care to observe?"

She nodded to his introduction glancing around the room before addressing his question. "I miscalculated my landing and ended up teleporting myself in mid-air, slicing through a civilian plane no less taking a chunk out of it before it exploded. I did not mean to cause so much trouble but I've had some problems with my abilities lately." she confessed with a pout. "I desperately need to training in that area..."

Looking over his shoulder again into the class she smiled. "I would definately like to watch." she said with a hint of excitement.

Strange smiled at Storm as she spoke. "I have need of Professor X's services, specifically his cerebro machine. The Professor has graciously given me use of this incredible technology for as long as necessary, I felt it only fair to return the favor by staying on as an instructor for the more advanced students, as there is much about the mystical world that these students will need to know as they grow into their powers." He rose, stretching slightly. "I will the need for a constitutional. Would you be interested in joining me for a quick flight Ms. Munroe?"

Storm finished off her water setting the glass in the sink. "I suppose a mid-morning flight would be in order. Do you have a place particular where you plan on taking me or is this a nifty way to have my company all by your lonesome?" She quipped, with a chuckle she came up behind him, patting his shoulder affectionately. "Come friend, lets relive golden years in the skies..."

With that she stepped to the French windows opening them allowing the cool breeze of the day to caress their two bodies. Summoning a current of wind herself, Strom glided into the air her loin cloth fluttering and flapping in a beconing dance. "Come Stephen you old fart."

Jake helpped Rogue with what she wanted. HE was suprised to see she was about as strong as he was, able to lift the big mats without much effort and their combined teamwork had everything set up in no time. JAke watched as Rogue began to warm up, stretching and limbering herself up saying how much of a tough bastard Logan was. Jake didn't think the guy looked all that, but looks could be deceiving. Jake himself didn't know a thing about fighting. He never felt the use of it. Hell, no punch could hurt him, so what's to worry about.

Again his thoughts drifted to what Rogue looked like naked and he quickly shook it out of his head. Then it popped into his head when she did a very interesting thread. He closed his eyes and found himself drifting on a pool of cool water.

"Jake I want you." Her sweet southern belle voice rang like music through his ears. He opened his eyes to see her walking toward him in the shallow water. Her hair slicked back on her head form the water and her greens eyes shown with incomparable lust and desire, for him, just him.

"Hey you ok?" She asked.

Jake smiled. "I'm better than ok?"

Jake opened his eyes again, for real this time and saw Rogue staring at him with a funny look on her face. It was not the look from his daydream.

(Sorry to Emote, I just thought it would be a funny little daydream thing)

"Old Fart..." He muttered under his breathe, but loud enough for Storm to hear. "I command all the mystical power of the cosmos in my mind, a word from me could open the mind to a world of arcane tortures, and that's the respect I get." He smiled playfully as he looked at Storm. She was lovely, she had a very earthy beauty to her that came from a deep connection with the earth. He stepped out of the French windows willing his cloak to take him into the air. "It truly is too nice a day to spend it couped up indoors when the whole world is our playground." He chuckled and shot off into the sky.

Storm shot ahead on a gust of wind as she twirled about like a leaf on the wind. Her silver white hair flapping about her as she stopped in mid flight hovering above the clouds to wait for Strange. When he came into sight she flew toward him, circling him in a playful mockery.

"So can a couple of old biddies like ourselves do on a lovely day such as this?"

"There is a monestary of an acnient order nestled in the mountains a ways to the south. They are the keepers of an ancient mystical power, one that links our dimension to another and I often stop in to check in on the stability of this link. They also happen to maintain one of the most beautiful gardens I have ever had the pleasure of laying my eyes upon. Perhaps you would join me on a visit there? We could share tea and walk through the garden." He smiled at Storm as she circled him.

Storm smiled circling Strange once more before coming up beside him. "That sounds lovely, lead the way and I shall follow." she chirped, and would summon a gust of wind to draw up his cape which would wrap about his face as she hovered near with a mirthful laugh.

"Mmmm two little birds leaving the nest" Sabertooth growled to himself.

He hadn't been waiting long before he saw two figures flying away from the mansion. He recognized the woman as Storm. A twisted grin spread across Creed's face at the sight of the gorgeous African in flight, the meger clothing around her body catching in the wind. An image of what he did to her before he killed her played out in his sick mind before he returned to the matter at hand.

Her companion was Dr. Strange. Sinster had spoken of the Sorcerer Supreme and considered him dangerous. All the better that he was distracted.

"Heh, jungle fever eh David Copperfield?" Sabertooth rose to his feet and rotated one of his shoulders. The adamantium took some getting used to, but you couldn't argue with results. Plus Weapon X had been so kind as to give him an upgrade to his muscles and increased his strength dramatically. He'd always been stronger then the runt, but this time...

Moving with a animal speed through the remaining tree cover, Sabertooth cleared the mansion wall in a single jump, landing in a crouch in the courtyard at the far end of the grounds.

No sooner then his feet touched the grass, the mansion's security systems were alerted to the intruder. Touching a small device attached to a wristband on Sabertooth's arm, an electronic signal was emitted. To the electronic eyes of the mansion, Victor Creed had just disappeared. Weapon X had been so kind, giving up so many little toys like this just befor he tore their throats out.

Wolverine's scent was everywhere, it was like he had laid down a neon trail right to him. Throwing over 300 of adamantium enhanced bone and muscle and claws tore through the wall like it was made out of cardboard. That got the alarms going, but they'd be too late. He knew just where he was going, and with any luck, some of the brats would come and try and stop him.

Strange took off south, glancing behind him to make sure Storm was following he slowed himself to let her catch up to him. Smiling slightly. Flying let him feel young again, let him forget the crushing responsibility of being Earth's primary defense against extra-dimensional evils. Having a woman as gorgeous as Storm flying alongside him only served to heighten the sensation of youth. He danced around her in the air, laughing slightly as they flew.

An hour later he spotted what he was looking for, a temple complex nestled in the impossible high peaks of a mountain. He smiled as gestured to Storm, indictating this is where they were headed. He dived down, eyes looking over the terrain, the gardens appeared to still be well tended, the explosion of color visible even from this high up.

His feet touched the ground and he bowed to the elderly man who had exited the temple to meet them. "Greetings old friend." Strange said, gripping the man's hand tightly. "Allow me to introduce Ms. Ororo Munroe, also known as Storm." He smiled slightly as the elderly man bowed before her. "The pleasure is mine Ms. Munroe." He said then rose gesturing behind him. "Please, allow us to offer you travellers our hospitality, we shall have tea."

Storm touched down with and elegant florish as the current lifted from her body and slinked away. She had taken the vision to sight upon their arrival noting the colors of the garden. Eagerly she awaited the chance to explore the flourish of exotic plants and the illuminous colors that had tantilized her vision.

As the elder man came forth she bowed in kind to him. "The pleasure is all mine, sir." she spoke with an earthy tone. And was quite delighted in his offer of tea, "I would enjoy that greatly, thank you." she said on a pur, shooting Strange a soft smile before following them both within the temple.

Strange gestured for the man to lead them in, walking with his hand on the middle of Storm's back as they moved into the monestary. He smiled at her, knowing she couldn't wait to see the gardens, her love for horticulture common knowledge around the institute. First though there was business to attend to.
"How holds the Gem of Borlan my friend?" Strange asked as the elderly man came back with a pot of tea, pouring them glasses. "Well enough, the dimensional barrier is stable, though there was a small fluxuation earlier." He said frowning.
"Yes, I think I witnessed that flux, do not worry, I am monitoring it closely." Strange said as he sipped his tea. "Truth be told I stopped by mainly to show Ms. Munroe your wonderful garden. If you do not mind.." He said, glancing at the elder while shooting Storm a smile.

Storm shivered slightly at the touch of his hands on her back, the slightest inclination of curious desire roll through her but it was easily dismissed. Sipping her tea in silence she allowed for Strange to catch up on current events but was quickly brought to her sense when he brought her in the spotlight. "I mere thought to keep you company." she chuckled blushing slightly as turned an eye to Strange. "But the gardens are rather lovely, I do so wish to explore the grounds."
