Over 7 games, I do think the Dodgers have vastly superior pitching and that should bear out but one never knows.

True money still doesn't guarantee success helps though,LAD is probably the best ran sports organization in North America.

Signing the right players,making the smart trades,drafting well,good scouting department.

Just my opinion.

of course. "Better" players usually warrant more expensive contracts. You want the better players, you will need to pay them or theyll leave in free agency etc to get what the market dictates they are worth from another org that is willing to pay to potentially improve their team.
It doesnt always work but look at the top 10ish teams in payroll and then look at who is on their team and look at their records and where they are in the playoffs etc.
Yankees, Dodgers, Phillies, Blue Jays, Cubs, Padres, Red Sox are all there and shockingly all made the playoffs. Mets are the outlier.
You invest in your team and it gives you a chance to bring home a title.

True but Houston,Texas,and Atlanta didn't make and that's 6-8 on the payroll.

Anglels spent 206 million and weren't close.

GM,scouting,manager,also count,and smart people running it.Plus you just gotta have good chemistry in the dugout with no troublemakers.

Exactly...proving my point that spending doesnt buy a title. It might put you into a better position on PAPER, but you still gotta play the games...and as we have seen even with the "almighty" Dodgers...they had so many injuries last year...it was their bullpen that was effective but they didnt have Glasnow or Ohtani or Kershaw pitching. Yoshi was good but not as effective as this year. Buehler was good but not great and his arm is shot anyway. Flaherty was decent but not as good as hoped.
And this year, the Dodgers didnt have Snell or Ohtani pitch most of the year. Sasaki was injured most of the year. And some of the other "no name" players are out too...Gavin Stone, Gonsolin, River, Grove, Hurt...
It just is fortunate that the Dodgers have been able to cobble enough pitching through the regular season and then make a solid playoff run (thus far).

Yep I watched a few games where they were throwing out Sheenan,J Dreyer,calling others up from OKC,or just going bulk bullpen.Plug up the holes and keep winning.

Oh and i enjoy all the pics you post,very nice.Got anything in Dodger blue? :ROFLMAO:

Jays get Bichette back in the lineup tonight,that's another bat in there for them been out almost two months.
