Every president since Ford has been impersonated on Saturday Night Live

I'm sure he thought it would be off the air by now. It's been un-funny for thirty years.

Dan Aykroyd did Nixon. They've probably done all the Presidents before Ford by now.

I wanna see Trump and Baldwin meet in the back hallway. Like Palin and Fey did.

Let’s take a look at the record. Since 1976, there have been a lot of years. And a lot of political impressions – some done with affection, some done with derision, and most done with makeup. Now, let’s take a closer look at some words:

GW Bush seemed to work with it.

The next White House Correspondents' Association Dinner, which has been held since 1920 and is traditionally attended by the President and Vice President, should be a real hoot. I believe it's in April.

I was thinking of that as I looked at some videos one of which I posted above. Will Trump go? Will he even be invited?

Trump's inability to laugh at himself will be his downfall.

Even Nixon appeared on Laugh-In during the 1968 campaign. His opponent, Hubert Humphrey, declined the invitation to appear on the same show. This dialog was supposed to go something like this:

Nixon: "Sock it to me?"

Cut to

Humphrey: "Sock it to him, not to me."

Nixon often credited that one-liner for his election victory.

Only President Snowflake Trumplethinskin couldn't handle it.

He needs a "safe space"
