Look at the definition of racist. Sexual preference is neither hatred or belief in racial superiority. Not being attracted to black men sexually is no different than preferring blondes over brunettes. You can still recognize people of a certain race as beautiful but feel no sexual attraction. If a person says, "I'm sexually attracted to black men but I will not fuck them because they are dirty and inferior" then it is racist.

The better question might be what would Africa look like if the Europeans hadn't carved it up with their complete lack of knowledge of the local cultures.
