Ever get the feeling that though there are people around you everyday, they are pushing you aside. such that you are isolated, a glass wall is around you, so your in the crowed but cannot interact with them?

Mabey it's just one of my mood swings... but what the hell brings that feeling on?

It's a big world out there. Sometimes they are pushing you to the side, as if your existance could matter less. Don't let it get to you. Just make sure that you'er not doing it to the next person, right?

Yeah, I know the feeling. I think it is mostly because people on the streets don't feel comfortable just saying "Have a nice day!" or "How are you doing today?" there are just so many people in the faceless masses.

I always grab the oppurtunity to help someone, or stupify them with my kindness. With so much to be weary of, it's sometimes nice just to see a kind and caring face. Even if it is just a strangers.


Be glad you have lit. where you definitley stand out in the crowd. Some people feel that way all day and just come home to their t.v.'s.

I sit here and see the way people react to your post's every day. I can't tell you how many times I get "posted over", and it has really had an effect on my interaction here. I would rathr just not post at all, than to feel ignored like that. You have a lot of people here that like you. Yep, know what you're talking about hun. Sucks sometimes...but hopefully you have a friend or two that can reach through the glass like it was nothing and give you a connection.

As far as what brings it on...usually that feeling that I'm different than many, there are few that understand me, few that are willing to take the time, few willing to accept what I offer them...that sort of thing *shrug* Solitude is a good sometimes, but not when you want companionship and brotherhood.

I know what you mean or I believe I do. I had lunch withthwo of my friends and the girls were warm and comforting as we shared our past years and future ones as friends. Well, except for Maggie and I, which we have had sexual tensions between us, over her approach to sex juxtaposed with mine. I"ve been there lots of time, fly man, and it still happens every once in a while.

When it comes, I just get out my Miles Davis, and settle in for some solitude. That's when I sort out my head. I laugh, cry, yell, rant, dance, sing...whatever gets me through the rough patch.

There's no telling what brings it on for me, but I don't argue with it anymore. I just let it ride over until it's done.
