Euryale - too obscure?

What's really sad, Summ, is the number of people who will take the film as history. P. :(

At least they will have some idea that Troy existed.

I am continually dismayed by the lack of historical knowledge displayed by my customers.

I was discussing US 20th century history with my eldest daughter last night. She is trying to help a boy who is studying political history. This term he is doing US politics 1900 - 1945. With my general knowledge I knew more than he has been taught in six weeks.

Depressing.

Even those that live here are depressingly ignorant of US history.

I have a bumper sticker that reads: Custer had it coming.

You would not believe the number of people that have asked me what it means.

No one had told him about Prohibition.

TVA? What's that? New Deal?

He has an exam in two weeks.
