..That's the only word to describe how I feel today and shall continue to feel for three more days.
An hour before taking my bra off I down two Nurofen, and prepare to brace myself. Shares in Holland & Barrett pay dividends as I triple my intake of evening primrose oil.
Yep. That section of my menstrual cycle known as a manslaughter plea, or to some, PMS, has me retaining water, sore of back and short on good humour.
God, I can not wait to bleed!
Oh, and if you are waiting at a red traffic light and spot a bright red KA in the rear view mirror, move the moment that light hits green! Or prepare to have your driving skills and parentage called into question!
