Bet all who know me are surprised I spelled that right eh? For those of you that followed that earlier thread i want to add some discoveries. And dump that thread off the chart cuz well a lot of it wasn't about what I wanted it to be so here. Much like the General Thread does all the time I want to start a word game.. However with starting this in the hangout I’m doing it with proper theam. Here goes.
Everyone Posting is making a Spelling list. Each author challenging the next by coming up with a story including each word in the list at least um.. lets say 5 times. That is about what it takes me to remember how to spell a new word. So I’ll call it the 5 for 5 game.
Here are my 5 words inspired by the fact I couldn’t for the Life of me spell them.
1. Beautiful
2. Colonel
3. competition
4. resolution
5. Daisy
Rules are as Follows:
No listing previously used words.
You have to post a story using a previous list to post a new list. Generic use of same sentience will make everyone think your uncreative. And you wont win anything.
And um.. Well more rules as issues are addressed. Which can be removed added or changed anytime during before or after said competition.
Ah oh you can’t use your own list at all.
The first to do 5 stories with 5 for 5 wins. Which means making up 5 lists and using 5 others.
Words must be 5 letters to qualify. Oh ya they must Be ENGLISH words. in this game anyway. And please pick some Hard to spell ones. The main purpose of this game is to help people learn new words in a Fun hopefully erotic way.
POEMS are NOT acceptable. (OMG I Spelled Acceptable right.)
And um. The prize is Praise and MAYBE (RL issues aren’t likely but take precedence) Custom Signature or avatar of your description. I promise to work really hard on it, but can’t guarantee something wonderful. BTW if I still got the Eagle it’s my original artwork. And if I win which with my spelling won’t be likely 1st runner up will get prize.
Stories must be posted in ANY LIT thread or Posted on Lit and linked in the 5 4 5 Competition thread Marked as Entry.
Thanks and I hope this is as interesting and fun sounding tomorrow as it is at 12AM after 2 Long Island Ice-teas.
Oh ya 750 word minimum like LIT"s too.
