The Limbo is a dance where the participants take turns dancing under a bamboo stick while listening to steel drum inspired music. The bamboo stick is lowered each time the group has passed under it. The person who gets the lowest without falling wins the competition.

I do limbo well. Flexibility and an ambivalence to back pain is the key. However, I am much better at the Lambada. It just rolls off the tongue more easily. Plus, the suggestiveness of the dance is so much better than an aching back and guys staring at your hoo hoo.
