Error on trying to enter chat

Earlier today (Thursday, May 7th 2026). I was able to Enter Chat. I got booted when Chat went into its Connecting/Disconnecting loop. Since then, I've been able to Login, and look at my Profile, but not Enter Chat. When I Click on "Enter Chat As...." the Chat page is briefly displayed (without Literotica Lobby), then Chat goes into its Connecting/Disconnecting loop, or Displays "Internal server error". Please advise. Thanks.

You are banned from chat not the forum. if you wish to know why you can go to your pms or we can share it here, its up to you.

Where are those messages held?

For some reason messages are not turned on by default.

Go up to your name at the top and click it and it will give you a drop down.
Click privacy
and then it will give you an option for start conversations with you.
change it from nobody to members only
Hit save and now you can send and recieve private messages

I seem to be banned and I do not see an envelope icon.. so cannot understand why I am banned and how long the ban is until? Is there link to get to the messages area ? There is no email sent either to say I have been banned.

We will not email people who are banned. If you cannot figure out how to get to your messages there is not much I can do to help you there. Are you logging in on your phone? Or through the website? I would suggest you use the website because as I do not use the app i have no idea what to tell you on that. As for the website...look at the top of the page here and there is an envelope icon. It is between your log in name and a small bell icon.

If you can't figure that out If you wish i can tell you the reason you were banned here in the thread.

I finally managed to see the messages icon / section but do not see anything when I go there (as in attached screenshot). Can you please tell me why I was banned and how long these last please ? I do only use the site on my laptop.

I do understand you have to take any violations of the rules seriously and I am all up for it. I have recently joined Lit chat so request for a bit of lenience even I have unknowingly breached any. I have also take more due care after an initial warning from Bama1963. I have stopped spamming on my prompts which was my oversight being a newbie and now take more attention to that. I am here to just add some humour and fun to the rooms and not antagonise any one. I've stood up for ppl who have been rude or women time and again .

I know its very difficult to keep such a crowd in control and I totally understand however without clarity on where I went wrong I am unsure how I can make things better. There is also clarity on how long a ban lasts which makes it a bit worse for us. I have other members who can vouch that I have been respectful in my short time here so far so I cannot see my attitude as a problem but open to changes if there is anything reported. There has been on member I called out just before my ban (more of a misunderstanding on their part in my humble opinion) and its possible I was shown in a wrong light so urge mods to reconsider their ban. I would be using the platform for a few more weeks only and assure I will do everything to adhere to the rules provided I also get some clarity on any breaches unknowingly committed from my side.

I understand there are always pleas from banned members coming in huge volumes voicing their innocence but I for one can put my hand on my heart to say I haven't breached anything knowingly. Hope this shows my side of the story too in case its down to someone complaining since I was taking the limelight from them or suggesting options for them out of camaraderie more than anything else.

Sorry but I was not being funny there "IcantLeafYou" and that was something open and honest.. but leave that for the judge, jury and executioners here. Just a guy here wanting to have fun nothing else. I haven't even been told what are the breaches yet which does not seem fair. Any decision made should be impartial and clear and everyone has a right. There is no clarity on the term of the ban or the reason for the ban.

You have been banned beause you breached the rules here and the 'term' is permanent I am sure you have already been Pmed as to the reason

First...this is the forum...we are Chat! mods so no we will not be doing anything to Icant. Also its not against the rules for him to find you somewhat ridiculous. Second Bama said he sent you something and you cannot see it? Which again...nothing I can do about that...so...here it is because quite honestly in the past few days I have had to explain very simple tech things to like 4 people...one of them was how to delete a pm...and another was how to close a pm window. I am getting to a point where its either idiocracy is happening or...people are pulling weaponized incompetence. So...I am done with this...so here it is.

You were banned for spamming the rooms. You were told to stop...you did not...we banned end of story. Have a good day.
