Eroticism

I am particularly fond of women in lingerie and find it extremely erotic. Also I find B&W photography very sensual.
The lingerie they choose to wear, the pose, the attitude and look and sensual personality that come across. So hypnotic and alluring. My wife Kim, and I wasn't the photographer.

this is stunning

There must be a world, another world, where she is centre - how often do we watch her stare out into the world as if from far away, as if she prefers her Plato's Cave.

I find that a hint, a suggestion, a swirl of skirts, a brief tantalising glimpse, a faint hint of perfume, with a glance, is so much more effective than straightforward and open provocation. Although sometimes there’s a time and place for that as well.

Lucy xxx.

So true...the suggestion...because the mind is the sexiest thing we have...but of course, the body must inevitably enter the stage

Back to the start:

Of course is erotic always sexual. Erotic is arousing, it triggers sexual arousing. But tthis happens on a sublime way via thinking. Pictures or noises, even smells, trigger ideas, emotions and memories of sexual actions or situations. The nude back of a woman tells that she does not wear a bra . You start to imagine her frontsiede, think about erected nipples, cleavage etc. .

There is a sublime architecture in the way the body is constructed. Some called it the curse of the devil, others have fought wars over their respective Helens of Troy, still others kill, enslave themselves.

Whatever it is, no word need ever be spoken for this architecture to wrap you in its sorcery.View attachment 2558031

Agreed, beautiful collar bones when standing up straight. The. Lack and white really adds to the dramas effect of the picture’s subject! 😉

Hands are emissaries of love - they are the ambassadors of our awareness of the other. Like Levinas, hands enter into a contract, because when they reach for an other, they do so with the awareness that one must love. Aren't we all so afraid to love? We fear love, because we fear the vulnerability that comes with love. We should all be hands.

All the world's a stage, but for her, the rhythms of her body are lines that plot her story, her journey. Language is gesture, unspoken yet beckoning

Reminds me of my ballet days!
The dance, which can enjoyable by the public, is the culmination of a long and persistent process, and it is the cherry 🍒 on the cake that a dancer lives to entertain the audience, while her whole body and movement is the message she wants to convey in the way the director has envisioned.

First, she has to prepare her body to be able to display, visually and authentically portray all the emotions that the music and the story she wants to tell require.

Then comes the choreography of her steps, posture and the play of arms and head...

At this point, she is beginning to develop her role and she can practice it herself, to embellish her strengths, to give in her feelings, but she is still alone and lacks a partner with whom the two halves can become a whole..

A forgotten note, newly found, from a once-beloved brings back such a rush of memories and emotions. The full gamut of emotions: warmth, friendship, suspense, worry, wonder, erotic passion, and selfless love. I hold that note to be read again and again. In effect, conquering time and space, but not the loss.
