I find most online hypnosis videos more affirmations than hypnosis. for me an affirmation is a self suggestion while hypnosis is suggestions from a hypnotist. Most of the online Hypnosis videos (in my opinion) lack a trance ritual that by passes the critical factors. I find most online hypnosis just Jackoff material, Your mileage may vary.
