If she wanted to sell X rated videos as part of her business, she might be restricted to certain parts of town by zoning laws. The local chamber of commerce could give her the details gratis. The population of the city, and what she could afford to spend on advertising would both affect her success. A location within a couple of miles of a busy college might be good. On the flip side, a location near existing strip clubs would bring in dancers for costume purchases.
