Doesn't do anything for me. I'm one of the ones that Cialis works, not Viagra

For me, I can sometimes get hard without it, but if I absolutely positively want to have a hard-on, I pop the pill about 2 hrs before showtime. Agree with you! The BP meds and others impact ED - restricting blood flow. And yes, once you are on the meds, the doctors do not want to pull you off of them. Grrrr.

I give a second to BabyBoomer50’s reply. I’m 59 and don’t touch alcohol, take any medications, stay fit, and keep a vigorous workout schedule. The few times I’ve tried marijuana were pretty amazing. I'm not sure about antihistamines, but decongestants are definitely counterproductive.

The erectile tissue in the penis is very similar to the tissue in the nasal airway which makes your nose stuffy. They both fill with blood and swell. An erection is congestion of the dick. So decongestant medication can really fuck with that.

My Urologist gave me a prescription club card that allows me to get my preferred drug for approx. $20 in generic form. Food for thought.

I got some generic viagra to experiment with. I don't need for regular activity but it helps keep me hard during photo sessions. Once I'm hard I don't even have to think about it, and extended sessions are a breeze.

I am 72 with type 2 diabetes and now experiencing occasional ED even with generic Viagra. Thanks for the advice, especially about the exercise and diet. I am on a healthy diet but need more exercise and trying to walk 2 miles a day and then increase that every month. And my partner is eager to help me with the ED occurrences. Have you tried Viagra?
That seems so obvious I hesitate to suggest it.
Pretty effective in many cases.

It works well for me. 1/4 of a pill for solo time and 1/2 when I hook up with my wife.
Sleeves, Tenga porducts in my case, work very well. Eggs and spinners. I often also will put on a cock ring. Size is important. I use 1 7/8ths ID and 2" ID.

Try to make sure that your wife is pleased sexually to help keep things together as you work on getting better erections. A realistic dildo can work wonders, and giving your wife pleasure may also stir the embers and result in the start of the erections you are looking for.
