Erectile dysfunction advice needed

I am able to bring my wife to orgasm with fingers or tongue, but with the way she squeezes her legs together, it takes the hard out of me. Does anyone else have this issue? Has anyone tried a realistic dildo so that she still gets satisfied with a dick inside?
I've been this woman before.... He didn't have a solution....
Mine wasn't much better

Part of the previous treatment. Once I received the meds, I found out the name. See a urologist first, wish I had.

Does anyone done injections to get hard? I don't drink, smoke or take bp medicine and my blood pressure is good but I can't get hard. I'm 72 and don't want to never have another hard on. My urologist prescribed meds but they haven't worked. I'm going to ask him about injections but was hoping someone here might have experience with them.

Thanks!
I use Trimix and have for years. I get 31 gage syringes from Costco for the injection. Life is good. Wife is happy.

Where do you get your Trimix and how much, if you don't mind answering.
I presently get 5.0 ml for $120. From NuCara which is a local custom pharmacy. Prior to this I got 5.0 ml from MenMD for a $90 on an automatic refill arrangement. The MenMD lab was in Florida

I wish I knew what was causing my ED. I'm not morbidly obese (medical term, not being judgmental), not diabetic, and my PSA and BP are ok. I have to wonder now if I've been in a sexless relationship so long that my mind and body has given up on sex. I'll have my testosterone level checked at my next appointment and if that's ok... I dunno.

My uncle went through something kinda similar after turning 58 marriage got cold, meds kicked in, and things just didn’t work like before. About toys prostate ones can be interesting if you’re open-minded, and rings sometimes help with blood flow. But yeah, definitely talk with your doctor first. Also, maybe cut down on drinking a bit; that stuff can really mess with blood pressure and performance. It’s all connected in weird ways.

Boo, sounds like it could be a number of things!

Depression ain't good, neither is drinking too much. Blood pressure tablets have a habit of stopping stuff springing into life. And, looking at your age, boo, it could be low testosterone levels. Chat to your doctor.

A x
