Hey there am fairly new to this whole enema idea, so would really love peoples input....ideas, tips, how much water to use, what else can i add etc, how much can my body hold??

should never go over 1.5 liter. let your body be the guide ie cramping etc. and also important not too fast. rule of thumb no more than 1500 cc's with bag at no more than 18" above the orofice.
