Anyone into them???Like dislike?.............Anyone have any web sites bookmarked they like about them?................
Something new to share with skitten we think we are going to give each other one before playtime and don't know a whole lot about them........
I had one once and it felt kinda good..........A diffrent feeling?

Anyone have any thoughts on this?

There are a zillion websites with info on enemas.

I know something about them, Wizard. Here are a few small quick tips:

1. Be certain you let the air out of the enema tube via running the solution through it until it comes out the nozzle before insertion. This reduces gas trapped in the rectum - gas that will be looking for a way out.

2. The height at which you hang the bag determines the rate of flow. Beginners might well want to start with the bag hung from a doorknob, for example, for that first of (usually three) cleansing enemas - and work up to the bag hanging from, say, the showerhead.

3. When the recipient feels cramps, stop the flow. Massage the area until the cramps subside. Restart the flow. Repeat until the recipient cannot take any more or until the bag is empty. Please research what areas of the rectum cramp so you'll have a better idea of where and how deep and in what direction you should massage.

4. Do the "baby bottle-wrist" test to insure the water going into the bag is neither too hot or too cold. Rectal tissues are fragile and you can injure a person pretty easily just via water temperature. (This is a something to be very knowledgeable about if, say, you move into the area of bdsm punishment enemas sometime down the road.)

5. Too much alcohol (vodka, gin, et al) in an enema can kill the recipient if it doesn't just irritate the hell out of the lining rectal lining. What's too much? That's the trick, isn't it - determining that. Don't go here unless you've done your homework very carefully.

6. OTOH, the right amount of coffee in the enema water can and will give you that caffiene lift while doing good cleansing things to your liver.

Did one on myself a few weeks back to see what they where like. Skitten has done them for years and likes them for many reasons.
I kinda was diging the feeling...."intresting" to say the least and worth exploring some more........I have been reading some websites and it sounds like they are much more commen than I had thought.

Struck me as somthing that would be erotic to do to each other ............Back to the "Expose your most intamate side"and all about trust ....

You know Wizard, i think that the run-of-the-mill Literotician (if there's such an animal ), views enemas as something that's indeed too far out there to discuss either easily or intelligently here on the GB. I'm not being uppity or snooty about this either, i just think it's just far enough 'out there' that many people here might be uncomfy talking about it - if, indeed, they possess anything past the most rudimentary experience with this extremely erotic and intimate sexual practice.

It's long been a part of bdsm play, though, and you might well spark a really good discussion if you crossposted this thread over into the BDSM thread. Alternatively, you could repost it in the How To... forum, a place where people often give very high quality answers to these kinds of questions, as you well know.

Just a couple suggestions. Please feel free to ignore them at will.

Yes, I had two for medical reasons myself............Didn't enjoy them at all.....didn't even look at them in the least bit sexual...........Then looking at this in a new intamate thing to share with each other I find this intresting right now..........Going to try it out my thought just might change......

I have had two medically one I found very painful the second was somewhat enjoyable.
