Endless Ends

Winding up the first 30 day yoga challenge. *pats self on back*

Let me just say that who ever came up with chatarunga is in league with the devil! 😲

I started incorporating running about ten days ago. I tried to stick to the power walking. Really, I did, but….

It's just so boring! :head desk:

(I'm only running 10-15 minutes of the walk, so there is still much walking going on. :p)

Hey, I walked around the block today. Claimed my win 👊

Ummm. It might be that the word Run is a tad ambitious. Think, more a casual sorta trot.

When I tell that you that my running is typically limited by lung capacity rather than muscle strain, and that my *runs* haven't even brought on heavy breathing, well, you get an idea of how fast (or slow) I'm moving. :p

Hey, considering I spent nearly two years with my exercise comprised of walking between the couch and the kitchen….

*validates Aussie's win*

:p

Omg.

So. As some of you know, I adore the Mihmiverse. (Christopher R. Mihm movies.) It's a bunch of "modern 1950s style, Cold War era, B-grade" horror/sci-fi/comedy movies, most set in the same universe, or at least interconnected.

Anyhoo, they're difficult to find streaming, and troublesome to buy. Except -

Found this:

Alll the movies! All seventeen! For about half the price of purchased singly. Link.

I. Am. So. Excited.

There's some in the set I haven't seen, but, naturally, I'm starting with:

WERESQUITO: Nazi Hunter

The best bad sci-fi movie ever maaaaaaaaaaaaade! :p

“The gentleman always repeats the mistress”
”yes, if the pain is free”

This is what my translator says and now I’m even more confused.

Enny, if you are restless the next couple of evenings:

"So catch a “shooting star” from the solar system’s (for now) most famous comet [Halley's] by getting yourself outside around midnight, particularly around May 5/6. If there’s a clear sky and you’ve got the patience then you may just see a speck of dust from Halley’s comet put on a show."

Welp, drove two hours in the rain, but now that I'm here the sky is starting to clear up. And since I certainly won't be sleeping after that drive I might just be able to catch a midnight show.

Thank You.

Glad I logged in. 😊
