Endless Ends

I wandered into Costco yesterday, as one does. šŸ’ā€ā™€ļø

It's a unique kind of place and I always leave with questions, like:

- Why do some women shop in high heels?
- Who buys, much less drinks, prosecco? 🤢
- When is it not crowded?
- What was I think not grabbing a basket?
- Where do they get some of the stuff?!*

Ugh. I've just going through this period of not feeling sexy. At all.

Time to get back in shape. šŸ’Ŗ

Exercise just gets one back in tune with the bod.

At least me.

And my bod.

"- Who buys, much less drinks, prosecco? 🤢"

Prosecco is Italy's answer to champagne—a white sparkling wine that's available from dry to semi-sweet. and is available in three different levels of sweetness:
Brut: The driest option and most common; 0–12 grams per liter of residual sugar
Extra Dry: Slightly sweeter than brut; 12–17 grams per liter of residual sugar.
Dry: The sweetest, but not sweet enough to be a dessert wine; 17–32 grams per liter of residual sugar

Prosecco is effortlessly paired with a wide range of foods. The sparkling wine pairs especially well with antipasto like prosciutto and other cured meats, salty cheeses like asiago, stuffed mushrooms, and nuts like almonds. The dry white wine gets along well with fresh seafood dishes and provides a nice counterpoint to spicy Asian entrees.

You should try it.

Nope. Noppity. No.
It's a unique kind of place and I always leave with questions, like:

Keeps the calves in shape.
- Who buys, much less drinks, prosecco? 🤢
Sigh. It’s an excellent mixer for drinks like a French75.
- When is it not crowded?
Never. Disease vectors everywhere.
- What was I think not grabbing a basket?
Because you lost your mind going there in the first place?

You can probably get that elsewhere.

I have tried it. That's how I know I don't like it. šŸ˜‰

Sigh. It’s an excellent mixer for drinks like a French75.
Noooooooooooooooo.

That would ruin the French75. Prosecco is far too sweet! And those large sloppy bubbles disperse too quickly.

Because you lost your mind going there in the first place?
šŸ¤”

This may be a fair statement.

You can probably get that elsewhere.
Absolutely. However, it introduces me quirky brands that haven't yet managed to cross my radar. Stuff I would use, but totally wouldn't expect Costco to have. šŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļø

Did you know that you could simmer for milk into evaporated form, thereby decreasing the total amount sugar needed to make kheer?

Me neither. :p
