Been back and forth on whether I was even gonna bring this up here, but:

Speaking of "positivity," my GF tested positive for Covid the other day.

Which means, yep... I have it now too.

And it's kicking my ass .

I'll live. Took the rest of the week off work of course.

I'd like to think I could use the time to write but my brain can't really focus on it right now.

I'd like to think I could catch up on reading some stories but same problem. Can't focus.

Only reason I'm even bringing this up is I'm trying to keep positive, and to explain why I may not be around much the next few days.

If I feel better I really do wanna at least read a few stories.

I hope your healthcare provider is being attentive.

I got a nice boost this morning to see that, after languishing in uncertainty since Sep 20, my next chapters finally got the go ahead. I had privately decided that if I didn't hear anything by this evening I was just going to retract them and chop off the offending end to create an appalling cliffhanger that would never get resolved here, so I'm very pleased that I won't need to do that. Yay! Happy Friday to all!
