Anyone ever attend a midnight screening?

Anyone ever dressed up to attend a midnight screening?

:D

(Dammit, Janet, we love you!)

Edited to add - Yes, I know the words are "I love you!" but my best friend through high school was named Janet - hence the private joke that still exists between the group of us!

LOL

The first time I went, the guy playing Frankie was someone I had gone to high school with. And DAYUM did he look good in lingere!

My favorite time, though, was when we took two 'virgins': My friend's new roommate, an 18 yr old guy who had just moved here from a small town in the midwest, and her cousin, who was visiting from france. I spent the whole show just watching their faces. :D When I asked her cousin how he liked it after the show he was still gaping and just said, "In France....we have nothing like that." (Maybe he's just been going to the wrong shows? ;))

Let's do the time warp again....

LMAO!!! I almost forgot! The first summer I worked at a girl scout camp we taught the little girls the Time Warp in folkdancing class. Oh, I so wish I could have been there to see their parents' faces when they got home and showed them! :D

Yeah, right.

I'll bet he's got a closet at home filled with fishnets and heels!!

(and the perfect color lipstick)

Naughty girl! :D

Anyone seen "Santa Claus Defeats the Aliens"?

For pure "wrongness" its almost worth it. The "aliens" green makeup starts to wear off partway through it, and never gets reapplied.

Midnight sceenings? Uh, ya . . . one bad memory of Rocky Horror. I was having a GREAT time, an amazing time until the drunk in front of me turned around, leaned over the back of his chair, and threw up on my shoes.

I have been too frightened to attend midnight screenings or the rocky horror ever since. So that's the most embarrassing MOMENT of watching a film . . .

SweetP: Yep . . . ;)
