Getting ones wisdom tooth pulled would hurt so bad?? Actually while he was pulling it, the pain was sharp, but not as bad as I thought. Now, approximately 7 hours later. My mouth is throbbing. The same pain that I had while I had the tooth, I still have. To top it off, I'm hungry as all get out. I want to bite into a nice juicy steak. But Nooooo, I am on a liquid and soup diet. Hmmmm?? Any suggestions for a good soup?? Thank You.

My wisdom teeth have been growing for like, 7 years or something. Damned painful, but the doc says my mouth is big enough.

My Doc says that my mouth is not big enough for my wisdom teeth, but then again. He said that "our mouths were not made to host our wisdom teeth". He wanted to pull all of them. Hmmmm?? Do I really need that, or was he just trying to make some money?? If you've had your wisdom teeth pulled. What was the reason?? Do you feel better??

Oreo Cookies 'N Cream or Pralines 'N Cream ?? Darn choices. OOps!! Can't chew the Cookies or the Pralines. Looks like French Vanilla or Strawberry.



lol I've had a pain killer, but I'm regretting that I didn't get a stronger one. I do still have the presription. Maybe I should get it filled.

I'll always take a Hug from my Kiwi Cutie. Yeah, I may have to get the meds tomorrow. I think I will be having chicken broth and bread. I will be here posting for a bit. Since I've been advised not to talk. It's a good thing that I keep a few pads around. I have to write things down now. I feel like Carol Brady. Remember the episode when she and Cindy had thier teeth pulled and they were writing things down. That's me lol.

I feel your pain (again): I had all four taken out at once. Three of them were impacted, so I had it done in a local hospital under general anesthesia. I still have the teeth somewhere in the house.

Two weeks of soup (mainly chicken broth with a egg boiled into the soup), jello-water (unset jello) and mashed potatoes (with a wee bit of garlic, yum).

I had two of mine out, then the other two a few months later. Lived on chicken/stars soup, jello & ice cream & pain pills. Mine hurt so badly that it was a relief to finally get them out. Take care of yourself, I hope you get to feeling better soon.

I didn't have any pain when I had mine removed. Never did have the pain killers filled and I was eating solid food 8 hours after the surgery. Went to work an hour after I had them pulled to.

Sorry you are in so much pain. Wish there was some way you could have a steak and eat it to.

And in case hearing that doesn't make you feel bad enough, I do not and never have had wisdom teeth. Came from the manufacturer without them. And you can have that steak if you really want to. Just cut it into really small pieces.
