Hi,
I have just written a story that I would class as sci-fi/horror, though at the start the reader is encouraged to think that they are probably reading a story about a house-wife who feels frustrated with their life and dissatisfied with their husband.
The sci-fi aspect of the story becomes more prominent as the story progresses.
The horror of the story is not physical- it is more of a zen-style horror- the fragility and impermanence of identity, as well as the illusion of free will. There is a bit of gruesomeness, but not of the slasher horror school of thought
I am primarily seeking an editor who can offer some feedback regarding the clarity of the story (it is a non-linear structure) and let me know how they feel about the story in general.
