I've done some editting for a couple of first-time authors...neither were native English speakers. I've read literally hundreds of stories here and often commented.
Now, I'm ready to put my money where my mouth is, so to speak, and finally submit a story. It's certainly not the first I've penned, just the first I think I want to publish.
The story is about a couple travelling abroad by air. They've been married a few years and still enjoy each other's company and bodies. While in the air, they join the Mile High Club over the Atlantic Ocean.
There's nothing kinky, abnormal or shocking. It's a fairly vanilla, erotic, short story. It's one I suspect will appeal to women readers more so than men, but that's fine with me.
The story is just shy of 7,400 words and runs for most of 10 single-spaced pages. I've saved it in Word 2007 AND in the format compatible with earlier versions of Word back to 1997. Just let me know which format you prefer.
It's been spell checked and reviewed for gross grammar errors by a friend who is also a regular Literotica visitor. But, I'd feel more secure with an edit for any grammatical or other technical problems she and I may have missed. And, I'm always open to comments on content and style.
I'm not trying to beat a deadline as to getting this published. But, I would appreciate a quick turn around on any offers to edit the story.
Also, please advise whether you're interested in being credited for your editing in the preface paragraph.
