editing Title & Description

What's the quickest way to submit a change to the Title and Description? Do I need to resubmit the entire text of my story if those are the only two things that I want to change?

If your story is still "pending approval" you can just click on the info in your submissions page and edit from there. If your story is already up and readable you need to re-submit, calling it "SUCH [your title here]: RESUBMISSION" It only takes a couple of days for the changes to occur.
