You'd think they'd label Pate more carefully but no. The guilt is probably going to drive me back to confession for the first time in 6 years.

It was pretty good though.

Yikes! Pate isn't just meat - it's LIVER. Yicky. I've heard it's good, but I just can't bring myself to do the organ meat thing. It's a stupid psychological issue. I liked my grandma's stuffing till I saw her cooking giblets for it. Which is dumb, 'cause meat is meat, right?

Supposedly there's some company that markets a veggie pate, but I don't know why.

That's what I thought it was. Veggie pate. Sigh. Somewhere a something died so I could put something on a triscuit. It's disheartening.

I'm the same way. I HATE liver. The mere thought of it makes me want to vomit. The sight of it makes me ill. But the thing is, pate doesn't taste like liver at all. That doesn't mean I eat pate (no matter how much I try, I can't just forget that I'm eating LIVER), but it is pretty tasty.

No Laurel, Meat isn't just Meat. All Liver Organ tissue is the Cess pool of toxic waste processing.... I, from a biological standpoint, reccomend people avoid eating organs.

Mistress, that makes no sence to me. I love you, you sexy babe, but you better not be calling yourself veggie, or I'll have to come and teach you how to use your vegitables in the PROPER manner! :)

y'all have never tried chicken livers fried up or broiled when wrapped in bacon..both ways dip them in heinz 57...nectar of the gods!!!!!!

The Liver = Sewage treatment plant of the body.

Never's Mother -> Odd continuous craving for liver and onion's during pregnancy.

Liver's good for ya. All that vitamin A. Just don't overdo or you'll poison yourself. Like, never eat a whole polar bear liver. You'll never survive to have yourself tossed in jail for 15 to 20, lost all of your worldly possessions, and have your family and connections sued or followed for years.

I had to grow up with the rancid smell of chicken livers being fried up in my house and I must say that I actually camped out in the back yard in winter, to avoid dealing with the nauseating, lingering smell. Horrid. So, ramblingman, you're right and wrong... yes I haven't tried that, and no..... peach ambrosias are more like the nectar of the gods.

Killer is truely wise.

i used to live in an apartment complex above a family who celebrated each sunday by frying chitlins...a truly rancid and horrible smell that can really travel.......however i grew up on chicken livers and i love them!!!!

I think they're deep-fried hog intestines, but I've never had them. Either way, I'm pretty sure I'd know if they were animal or not.

Yeah, but you can't beat liver for iron. Plus, I hate carrots.

Vegetable Pate, It turned out that I was wrong though.

I like nutella though.

What? oh.

they are entrails of some animal, i never asked what....Romans used to use entrails to tell the future, now people eat them...entrails only belong in one place...sausage!

I love you, but beg to differ about your source of iron being unbeatable....

As I have studied nutrition, in depth, I have come to find out that Iron is highly insoluable, and is extreamly hard to absorb in the human body.....

Most of the iron you'd eat in liver, goes out of you before it is used.... unless you combine it with..... a glass of O.J.

Vitamin C is required to be present at the time of ingestion for you to get the iron you need.

Most anemics don't recover well if they don't include vitamine C supplements also.

Best source of Iron.... That really Can't be BEAT........

a bowl of Bran Flakes or Raisin Bran, and a glass of O.J. for breakfast.

I'd love to see you eat liver with orange juice. I am cringing already.

Don't fuck with a sick person. :D

Ah. I see.
