Today I went to the house/Condo of a co-workers brother. He was paying me $250.00 to put in some Crown Molding, two baseboards and repair a short section of Crown Molding.
I looked at the work that had been done, took a sample of the molding and listened to his comments about the offers he had received for the work. (The smallest was $2K.)
The hardest part would be the crown Molding. It was set at a 45 degree angle to the wall.
Half an hour later we returned from the local wood place with what was needed. It took me a total of one hour to do the work.
So for an hour and a half of work I got paid $250.00. Talk about your easy money.
