Easiest or best way to post an audio submission to Lit?

Greetings. I want to begin submitting audio works, but I'm not sure what method most authors use these days. Am I able to upload a file from the story submission page of my profile at https://www.literotica.com/my/#/works/new/story or do I have to use one of the dedicated servers listed in the FAQ?
