Unless overt acts in the conspiracy are still evolving we have to be up against the statute of limitations fairly soon (which may be the plan). For conspiracy, the limitations period begins to run when the last overt act is committed.

There’s nothing in any of the court filings about CIA involvement that I can find. TechnoFog’s tweets mention CIA, but doesn’t show any docs with CIA in them. In one case, a tweet implies a CIA connection, followed by a screenshot that refers only to the FBI.
If you’re trying to build a case based on writings of Anonymous Internet Troll 1, maybe find one who knows the difference between CIA and FBI.
