Duo balls problem

I bought my girlfriend some 'jiggle balls' from Ann Summers, they are basically duotone balls - two plastic balls connected together with a string and a string which hangs out so you can remove them.

My question is; is there an easy way to get them out?

We have used them a couple of times but each time we have trouble getting them out & it causes a little pain for her. This is strange because they seem to go in easier than they come out. They are quite big, about the size of ping-pong balls, and she is quite small & young.

Any ideas or tips?
My ideas so far;
1) She gets nervous and tenses up too much
2) They are too big
3) Not enough lube

Has anyone used these before and have any tips?

In addition to your ideas, tell her to tighten her muscles as much as possible, then relax fully. Repeat this several times, and on the last time, she should relax and bear down, like she's trying to push something big out. They should come out with no problem. The issue may actually be her LACK of muscle tone, which the ball should help with over time (keeping them in for longer periods regularly exercises the PC and other muscles).

Size shouldn't be a problem at all - the vagina's incredibly stretchy and if it can take a baby going through it, a couple of ping pong balls shouldn't be an issue. She's likely tense (ask her to practice inserting and removing them on her own, if you've been doing it together, so she can get comfortable with her body), and there might be a lack of lube, as you said (if they dont contain any silicone, try a bit of silicone lube, since it's silky, super-slick, moisturizing and long-term use won't upset the balance of her vagina, like stuff with glycerine, preservatives and other crap can).

May sound weird but I have found that going to the toilet before attempting to remove the balls helps. If she has a full bladder or back passage and has been wearing them for a while, the pressure in her abdomen will be increased. The string should be easily disinfected along with the rest of the product.

Thanks

Thanks for your replys,

Definately try some silicone (or better) lube next time, & good point about going to the toilet first.

SweetErika - I had never concidered that it could be a lack of tone, but that could be a good point, she did have trouble squeezing them out. The squeezing excercise sounds good very useful. Thanks xxx

Two new observations though;
If they are designed to improve muscle tone, how can they do that if they stay in without any need to tense the muscles?
Also, ive heard that could could also have intercourse with them in. Last time they totally blocked her vagina so I couldnt even get a finger up any more let alone my cock. Is it only Ben Wa rather than Duotone which are designed for sex as well?

If they're the type of balls I'm thinking of then they'll have smaller balls inside that roll and stimulate with her movement. This also stimulates the PC muscles to clench without her having to do so consciously. Neat huh?

I'm in the UK and unfamiliar with these brandnames but would say that Pingpong ball sized duoballs are not designed for sex at the same time. That'll take some serious stretching and hurt her. If you indulge in anal play then anal sex could be attempted with the balls left in the vagina.

The exercises that are being referred to are called Kegels. Try googling that.

The Duotones can be used as something for her to squeeze against. There are some high dollar contraptions that do the same thing. They have a pressure gauge so that a woman can measure how tightly she is squeezing.

Kegels

Ok, thanks.

Im looking up information on Kegels excercises now (particularly jiggle balls related).

Errr, I dont mean this in a negative way, but if you are having problems getting them out every time you put them in, why are you still using them ? I would have thought it would make more sense to either find a smaller set of balls, or stop using them completely !

As for having sex with a pair of Duo Balls inside her, I think thats an old wives tale... or a young wives tale, whichever you prefer... sheer logic should tell you that its a non starter !

If you really want to blow her mind while she is out and about, get her a remote control vibrator... They can be a lot of fun in the supermarket.... especially if you have the remote and are in the next aisle over !
