Lots of accurate replies, but yeah—me too. Took Flomax for a while and semen flow nearly stopped completely. Had to switch to Rapiflow and now I don’t get a drop. It all just goes in my bladder.

I miss it-orgasms just don’t feel the same at all, but I like being able to pee too. Sigh.

I had a “UroLift” procedure (Google it) that was supposed to solve everything. It’s a little better, but I still need the meds.

Every once in a while I’ll discontinue the Rapiflow and enjoy some good orgasms. It takes 2-3 days off the meds to restart the flow.

Of course that also means I’ve got progressively more trouble taking a leak as the days go by.

I’m about ready to go back for a TURP and take my chances on still being able to get it up.

I want to know if any of the older men here have ever experienced Dry Ejaculation--that is to say you have an orgasm, but there is no cum, no ejaculate at all?

Apparently it happens to men who are on certain prostate medications.

Don't freak out, Jay. I remember watching porn all day and jerking off a half dozen times until I came with no ejaculate! I was in my 20s at the time. I will say this. After vasectomy, my ejaculate volume decreased slightly. With age, about the only thing I notice is I don't shoot my load three or four feet anymore. But I cannot speak to the effect of certain meds.
